Downtown Disney is expected to complete its full transformation into Disney Springs in 2016, but in the meantime, various parts of it are opening in phases. Don’t get me wrong, it is still business as usual in many places. Disney has done an amazing job of somehow keeping it the same busy and bustling place it has always been.
