The Disney Tradition - Cast Member Training Video

It's the Disney University film that was used for new cast member orientations at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, The Disney Studio, WED Enterprises and other Disney facilities, from the early 1970's through the late 1980's. The film is a testament to a time when the Disney company understood and honored the traditions, values and standards of quality upon which it was founded. Knowing that every single cast member tasked with carrying on Walt Disney's vision for his company during this time watched this video is what makes seeing this so significant.
